i got matched faster than I expected. It was useful and made the whole process feel a lot easier.

Video calls work fine most of the time, but every now and then the screen freezes or the call drops for a minute. It’s not awful, but it does make me wonder a bit about the overall quality. Just kind of annoying when it happens.

I used PrepLounge while getting ready for consulting case interviews, and it was helpful for getting more comfortable with the basics. It gave me a chance to practice structuring my thoughts and talking through the math out loud, which I definitely needed.
That said, not every case felt super realistic compared to what I ended up seeing in actual interviews. Some were a little too straightforward, and the experience can really vary depending on who you get matched with for practice.
Overall, I’d say it’s a decent tool to have in the mix if you want extra reps. I just wouldn’t make it the only thing you rely on. For me, 3 stars feels about right.
